Gluten Free Yogi
A place for anyone trying to live a healthy life style, anyone with celiac, or anyone interested in yoga! I was officially diagnosed with Celiac about six months ago and am trying my best to make a change to a new lifestyle. So far I'd say it's going okay but it is a daily struggle. I know that it's frustrating and so I want to be here to help anyone going through the same thing. Despite the challenges I am excited to learn about this new way of eating as I have always eaten organic. I'm a college student which makes gluten free life even more challenging but I've always been up for a challenge! Avocado-Feta Dip

Cook 1/2 diced red onion and 1 diced seeded jalapeno in olive oil, 6 minutes. Puree with 1 diced avocado, 1 cup cilantro, 3/4 cup crumbled feta, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and salt to taste. Serve with toasted bread and vegetable sticks.
