I made this out of what I had around the house the other day and it was awesome!
- Udi’s gluten free white sandwich bread
- 1/2 apple thinly sliced
- bleu cheese crumbles
- candied walnuts
- dip in olive oil and vinegar mixture
I realize there is question about whether or not bleu cheese is gluten free. I’ve found information supporting both sides of the argument but I personally have never had a problem with it and so continue to eat it. If you don’t like bleu cheese or prefer to be extra safe feta cheese crumbles are just as good!
